Two (2) Program Interns: Development Practitioners Network (DPN)

The Development Practitioners Network (DPN) Programs Department is divided into other supporting departments such as Communication and Marketing, Information and Technology, Membership and Volunteer Management and Training. The department is seeking individuals who feel carry adequate expertise to provide dynamic support.

Job summary
Writing and producing articles, press releases and other publications; Planning publicity strategies; Partner/ Member database management; Dealing with enquiries from members, stakeholders, press and other related organizations; Proposal and report writing; Social media savvy; Creating and maintaining proper organization filing system; Scheduling meetings, creating agendas and minutes; Providing support in project coordination;  Providing support in Monitoring and Evaluation; Basic computer skills (MS office package)

Requirements
Candidates should be studying towards a Diploma or Degree in Development Studies, Public Relations/ English/ Marketing, or any other social science or media qualification; Individuals must have a profound interest in the development fraternity; Natural open minded researchers with knowledge on child marriages, youth development, migration and other trending development topics; Experience in proposal and report writing; Good interpersonal and networking skills; Driver’s License is an added advantage.
